The founder of Neighborhood Networking, Joseph Raphanella has been in the IT industry since the mid 90's. Working with Global Infrastructure providers and state of the art hardware manufactures to get his clients the best results. Joseph is a Boston University graduate and has continued to stay current with all the latest in the technology trends to service his clients
